Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on all regular products within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked. If you’ve changed your mind or the gear just isn’t what you expected, you’re welcome to return it as long as it’s unused and in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• It must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective in materials or craftsmanship. We do not charge restocking fees.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your gear arrives damaged or shows a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.


Custom products

Custom items are non-refundable. If something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right—please reach out with photos and a description of the problem.


Non-returnable items

• Items marked as final sale or sold from our outlet collection

• Used or worn items


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
