These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the rules and conditions that govern your use of Muddy Buddies (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and our products and services, including any purchase from muddybuddies.shop and any other interactions with us related to the Site (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of these Terms, “you” and “your” refers to any user of the Services, whether a customer, website visitor, or another individual accessing the Site.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access any of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business operations, legal obligations, or other reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page, update the “Last updated” date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

Orders and Fulfillment

We sell products directly through our Site. At this time, orders can only be shipped within Hong Kong. Prices are listed in HKD. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and shipping details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information.

Returns and Guarantee

Returns

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Limited Guarantee

Our products are covered by a one-year limited guarantee against manufacturing defects. After the first year, we will do our best to offer repair services. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and repair fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, damage due to improper use, or modifications.

Account Registration and Communication

You may create an account to manage your orders and preferences or sign up for our newsletter. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We may contact you for purposes related to your order, account, or customer service, or send you promotional communications. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message.

User Content and Community Engagement

By posting reviews, uploading photos, or tagging us on social media (e.g., @muddybuddies.hk), you grant us permission to share that content on our Site, social channels, and other marketing materials. We will always aim to credit the original creator when sharing user-generated content.

Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Our gear is designed for outdoor use with dogs, but not all products are suitable for all dogs or situations. Please ensure gear fits and functions properly for your specific needs before use.

Muddy Buddies is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper fit, modification, or wear and tear of our products. All use is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, product designs, copy, logos, and website code, is owned by or licensed to Muddy Buddies. No content may be reused, republished, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Cookies and Analytics

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
