Where We Ship

We currently ship within Hong Kong only.

If you’re located outside Hong Kong and are interested in our products, feel free to reach out to us at contact@muddybuddies.shop. We’re happy to discuss international shipping options directly.

 

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for orders over HK$500.

For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $30 HKD is charged.

 

Carriers

We use SF Express for all our deliveries.

 

Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Custom items: Orders may take up to 10 business days to be prepared before shipping.

 

Shipping Times

Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or holidays are beyond our control.

 

Local Pickup & Same-Day Delivery

We do not currently offer local pickup or same-day delivery options.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order.

Please contact us at contact@muddybuddies.shop within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of any damage.
